„Monstertanz" von Hans-A-Plast

Dritte LP der Band Hans-A-Plast

Hans-A-Plast waren eine 1978 in Hannover gegründete fünfköpfige Band, deren erstes Album bereits mit über 20.000 verkauften Exemplaren sehr erfolgreich für eine Punkband vor der "Neuen Deutschen Welle" war. Etwas Besonderes war Hans-A-Plast auch, weil die Rythmus-Fraktion von Bettina und Renate gestellt wurde. Jens und Micha spielten dazu jeder sechssaitig. Nicht einer schrieb aber erstaunlicherweise einen Song der Band. Das erledigte das sechste Mitglied und Mixer Wille W. Wilibaldo Intervallo meist komplett im Alleingang. Und Texte und Musik saßen. Eine ungewöhnlich produktive  Konstellation. Fast schon als fahrender Zirkus aufgestellt. "Monstertanz" ist über-verspielt, doppelplus nebulös für Hans-A-Plast, die eigentlich immer erfrischend direkt waren. Die Band war fünf Jahre zusammen und in gewisser weise auch im "Geschäft". Regelmäßige Touren hatten sie schon hinter sich ... man wurde älter.  Für den Song „Monstertanz" vom 1983er Album "Ausradiert" nahm die Band dann schließlich auch ein selbstproduziertes Video für die Musiksendung "Formel Eins" auf. Mich erinnert die Athmosphere immer an die Märchenschallplatten, die damals auf "Europa" rauskamen. "Die kleine Hexe" usw. ... das war noch Punk =:) Sängerin Annette Benjamin sang im Jahre 2005 diesen Song für die Band "Bloody Dead And Sexy" neu ein. Es liegen also 22 Jahr zwischen beiden Versionen und natürlich ist die erste Version authentischer, aber zwei Jahrzehnte fortlaufende Musikgeschichte bringen auch neue Möglichkeiten. Die jüngere Version ist etwas vielschichtiger und auf gewisse Weise aufwendiger und mit einer gut aufgelegten Sängerin, die Spass hat nochmal einen alten Hit zu singen, gut in Szene gesetzt.
